Growing plastic firm has opening for Metrology Technician. The Technician will perform functions on molded parts primarily during mold qualifications.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Develop inspectionmethods and techniques.
Perform D.O.E. Response Dimensional inspections.
Perform dimensionalinspections for modified and full First Articles.
Perform Gage R & R's.
Perform Capability Studies.
Review results with appropriate Personnel.
Assist in resolving Metrology issues and perform other related tasks.
Competenicies/Requirements
Blueprint reading
Statistical Process Control Certificate
GD&T Programming
Manufacturing Safety
College Degree or 4+ years metrology experience
