Job Description – Profile of Social Media / Content Creator Assistant
We are in search of an innovative Social Media / Content Creator assistant to join our intimate team of designers. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is interested in managing and creating the social media content for our business. This position requires someone who is interested in learning about the design industry, while putting their digital marketing knowledge to practice. This individual should be a self-starter necessary to promote and develop creative ways to market LAD Interior Design on social media, therefore increasing exposure to the firm's practice.
To be successful in this role you must be able to create various social media designs, while staying true to the LAD Interior Design brand image. This will be a collaborative effort. Having a visually creative eye for detail is a must! It shouldn't come as a surprise that excellent written and verbal communication is necessary as you may be required to attend client meetings to fulfill various content assignments. Most importantly, you must know your way around popular social media websites, including; Houzz, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and Pinterest.

- Gathering content from the Director
- Creating new content ideas and proposing these ideas to the Director
- Using design tools like Photoshop and Canva to edit various social media content
- Scheduling consistent content to gather new business to the website and social media platforms
- Engaging with customers via social media platforms
