Bachelors degree in construction management or similar field
At least 1 year of experience in commercial construction
Experience assisting with construction documents including schedules, scopes of work, contracts, submittals and RFIs
Ability to read/manage construction drawings preferred
Experience with construction software including Procore, Primavera, Bluebeam etc preferred
Desire to learn, curiosity, "roll up the sleeves" mentality and overall professionalism
