West Shore Home is looking to double in size by the end of 2022! Our Inside Sales Team has immediate openings for customer service professionals looking for a new challenge, ready to up their skillset, and is looking to assist with the continued growth of our company by taking their career to the next level!
Appointment Coordinators support the business by working with our Sales Representatives and customers to organize sales appointments.
Schedule:
- Monday - Saturday with an additional day off during the week
- 12pm - 8:30pm
Appointment Coordinators:
- Schedule appointments in accordance with established protocols controlling timing, location, and our sales team's availability
- Dispatch our sales representatives to ensure all issued appointments are staffed and run
- Oversee appointment confirmation process, including conducting confirmations as necessary
- Ensure sales appointments are results properly and timely
Appointment Coordinator Candidates:
- Are highly detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Preferably have 2+ years of experience in customer service
- Have the ability to take initiative in the absence of leadership
