A spa associate is responsible for the running of the front desk:
Greeting clients
Answering phones
Booking appointments
Checking client in and out appointments
Receiving cash or credit card to finalize transaction
A spa associate will also assistance with housekeeping tasks, such a disinfecting front counter and lobby
A spa associate is responsible for selling memberships
A background in sales especially gym, tanning or spa memberships is a plus.
The ability to multi task and learn new computer system a must.
