We are looking for an administrator to work remotely.
Duties will include:
Using Google Calendar to Upload New Jobs
Assist with Scheduling
Communicate with Clients
Completion of Company Reports (Installation, Mileage, Soil)
Sending Reports to Clients/Engineers
Data Collection and Input of New Employee Information
Creation and Distribution of Invoices
Time Tracking - Input
Communicating with staff/management to ensure data is properly collected/distributed
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
